Are you accepting new clients?

Yes, we both have availability for in person sessions in our Harrison office and for online video sessions.

How long and how frequent are sessions?

Sessions are 45 minutes long. We typically meet with clients at least once per week. At some point, you may want to come in more than once per week. More frequent sessions can deepen and intensify the work we do together. 

Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance but we are both eligible Out of Network providers for all insurance plans. If your plan offers Out of Network benefits, they may reimburse a significant portion of the fee.

What is your out of pocket rate?

Our private pay rate is $250 per session. We are happy to discuss sliding scale rates if you would like to work with us but are hesitant to do so because of finances.
